When will I receive my order?

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad usually receive within 3–4 days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
What is your return & refund policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Raise a return request via the form below and our team will arrange a free pickup. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
My order shows delivered but I didn't receive it.

Please check with neighbors or building security first. If you still can't locate it, raise a ticket with your order ID and we'll investigate with the courier partner and resolve within 2 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. To cancel quickly, raise a ticket immediately with your order number.
I received a damaged or wrong item.

We're sorry about that! Please raise a ticket below with your order ID and photos of the damaged/wrong item. We'll send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — within 3 business days.
